So, here's what I've learned from 15 minutes of jogging. Well, 5 minutes of jogging and 10 of walking quickly...
I need a vacation from shit. My poor body. So I have decided on two rules. They may seem less than extreme, but I figure this whole self-control thing is all about steps, right?
1. No more than 10 cigs a day. Five if I smoke weed. Not that I smoke weed.
2. No food that isn't exactly what it is. Nothing fried or processed. Munchies are allowed but only if it's produce.
3. If I can walk there, I have to walk there. No more driving to Josh's house. I know it's cold, but shit.
I'm going to try for two weeks, but if one is all I make, then fuck it.
Just got to get that one shoe in the closet, really. That's all I need to consider it a successful day.
I figure if I don't hold to this I'll have to start to exercise. Since I went and quit my walking job I've gotten lazy. My natural energy keeps me healthy enough if I don't eat shit. And since my diet has consisted of cheese and tomatoes the past three days, I think that I'm loosing.
