re: Snowball's change of heart re: Max, I thought that in the moment, because the animal control people had both Duke and the pig + lizard from Max's friends, Snowball figured they ha to work together to rescue them -- so, yes, more like a truce. And then... they became fire-forged friends? That part definitely made less sense. And also I wasn't really sure if the end was implying that Snowball had been reformed by the love of the little girl (doubtful) or what. And I wasn't sure that a little girl bringing a random feral rabbit home without her mother's permission would end well, either.

"You're only angry because no one loves you, let's fix that." Apparently the moral is every bunny's purpose in life is having some little girl squealing over him.
And I wasn't sure that a little girl bringing a random feral rabbit home without her mother's permission would end well, either. But him being kicked out back on the street would make it at least PG-13, and we can't have it. ;) I don't really see two dogs eating their way through a sausage factory unnoticed either, after all...
