Dragons
I found this while poking around on-line today:

Dragons and their modern-day counterparts.
It's probably on my mind because I've resolved to finish the entire LOTR series. (I don't want to be one of Those People who has seen all the movies and not read the books!) If I remember correctly, last time my interest petered out during the second book and Frodo's endless journey toward the Cracks of Doom.
And so, like Frodo, I have dragons on the mind because I am wishing that one of the Dragons of Old were still around to melt the One Ring with his fiery breath and save me, the intrepid reader, some tedious chapters. Wouldn't it be fun to have Frodo and Sam chasing down a dragon & matching wits with him?
But then we might miss out on the oh-so-creepy marshes where the dead people float or Schizophrenic Smeagol.
Anyway, enjoy the article. I now return you to your normal daily activities. :)
