Supplies Arrived!
My school supplies arrived today (thanks to Matthew picking up the box for me! :* ), and thankfully just in time for me to get started!
Let's see, big thanks go to Eric for helping me sift through my supply list and giving me heads up on what was and wasn't necessary, and also to Heather, who dealt with my bitching while I clicked through page after page of supplies. (I was only bitching because I'd just found everything I needed on my list at one site, then discovered that another site sold stuff for dollars cheaper. I saved a lot of money, but I had to locate and reselect everything on the new site! It was a pain... Heather is going to suffer through this class in person at the same time I'm taking it online. ;)
Anyways, my courses have an odd schedule because we're shoving 15 weeks of work into 7 weeks over the summer semester.
Everything started on June 21. My first three weeks of work aren't due till the 29th in one class (to give students time to choose a camera...) and in the most difficult (?) class, my due dates are the 25th, 27th, and 1st! Well, that first due date is actually the 26th, but it would be impossible do the assignment on the 26th and hand it in, then finish the whole next assignment by the very next day, according to my teacher (and common sense, these are relatively large assignments!) So it was suggested that we treat the first due date as actually being a day earlier.
Guess I may as well get started...
