Well....there was this woman, who sort of came out of nowhere, and stole the attentions of the one closest to me. Don't even really know why....she became pregnant with his child, and claimed to love him, but he must have cared for her or something because he gave up his immortality for her. He would have never done something like that for me....nor would I ever ask him to. I don't think she even really knows what a big deal that was, to ask a god to give up its immortality, but she took it for granted. She got her precious child murdered and now despises me for pointing out the obvious.

And he is upset with me because he claims I am "jealous" - which, is true to some extent, but I only wish to defend him, to make sure that she doesn't take any more from him. But he is too foolish to see that I might be worried....

I am angry at them both - I still love him, but he's going to have to work for my attentions. I'm not crawling back to him this time.

Hm.. It is not wrong for you to be upset at them. But I also think.. perhaps your God is not as strong as he wishes to appear? If he is willing to get up his immortality, then being a God does not seem very important to him.

Or.. it could be love. I am not entirely familiar with the emotion but I have heard the saying, "Love makes you do crazy things."

I guess I'm not enough for him if he seeks love elsewhere, with someone who takes him for granted.
