In the absence of any other entertainment whilst stuck up here in Gisborne, I've been amusing myself (and abusing my parents' broadband) by watching zombie flicks. Lots of them.

Well, one kinda has to revise one's definition of "good" when dealing with B Grade zombie flicks, but within that context I'd say that Zombie is pretty good.

The Outpost sounds interesting, I'll have to check it out.

Planedead is aka Flight of the Living Dead, right? Heh. It's on my list. :D

There's an obscure '80s flick called Night of the Creeps. It's one of the first zombie movies I ever saw, and pretty neat for what it is. Zombies AND alien parasites. Plus college pranks. Winning combinations, especially when you factor in a lot of deliberate tributes/parodies of the zombie genre as a whole.
