Stop the zombies

I've just wasted the last hour or so of my life playing this:

http://www.hardcorepawn.com/zombie3/

My trigger finger is very sore.

It's a flash game built on top of a zombie outbreak simulator by Kevan Davis, which adds the ability to drop small nukes on areas of the city. The goal is to try to save as many civilians as possible.

It's hard, and it will destroy your mouse.

My record is 2,504 humans saved, though in most games I've saved a few dozen at best. It's all a matter of very frantic bombing early on to try to isolate the infected areas - zombies seem to have a tendency to avoid areas that have been bombed, though this is far from absolute (and seems to be more a consequence of the games mechanics than a hard-coded behaviour, having looked at the source). Hence bombing passageways and connections between areas is a winning tactic. Things get out of hand very quickly though.

Anyway, it's fun, and you should try it.
