One hell of an adventure
I had a most triumphant weekend! Hillary came up from Yuma on friday. I don't think I've ever had as much fun as I did with her in two days ever in my life. We went out to eat in flag, then went to see Cinderella Man, which was excellent. I've been stayin with her in a motel all weekend...and how on earth my parents didn't notice...I don't know lol. The motel was the 6 thats right smack dab in the middle of town between both streets....freakin crazy... anyway, we drove all the way out to Seligman, then to the Caverns which is about 66 miles from here....aaaand they were fuckin closed! so that was shitty. I really wanted to see em and it was worse cause I felt like I drug her all that way for nothin... well after that we went all the way out to the Canyon to watch the sunset. We parked at Mather Point and hiked the Rim trail to the El Tovar which was about 2 miles, beautiful little walk. Then we hiked back a ways, found a bench and watched the sunset, it was really really beautiful, kinna romantic, and as ya'll know, I'm a sappy romantic son of a bitch... After that we hiked back to the car, tryin to get there before dark, cause well...a long walk off the rim might just...suck..in more than two ways...in fact...there ain't no goin back up from that lol. So we made it back right at dark, aaaand some little chinese guy was lost and asked us for directions...so we had to send him back up the trail for about a 6th of a mile...so hopefully he got back....and didn't fall off the edge or get stranded. Anyway so we went out to dinner, then back to the room... Anyway today we went to eat..and had to say goodbye and well.. I miss her already...but damn its been fun...anyway
