I just finished my very first viewing and interview at 9 tonight. I didn't have any expectations so did not really know what to expect. It was like a regular job interview although instead of inquiring about my work, life or academic experience, my personality and life interests were the focus. I was shown photos and was presented with ideas and am offered the opportunity to collaborate with my ideas as well. The meeting seemed to go well and we are to begin work in two weeks.

lol This is so strange to me and unexpected, but I shall run with it. Experiences are good.....um,er well..... experiences!
