Random sick times.
The last couple of days Jordan has had some sort of stomach problem. It hurt him quite a bit, he even came home early from work one day. It caused him some other symptoms, but I won't go into details ;)
And then last night, I randomly woke up at 2:00am and threw up. No idea why. I felt fine afterward, and felt fine all of today. Just so random. I'm pretty sure it's happened before. Maybe I just had a really bad dream that caused me to have nausea? I don't know.
Jackson screamed for most of the day today. Not upset screaming, just screaming for the heck of screaming. I went downstairs to the neighbours to apologize, but they said they can't hear him. That's good. By the time it was time for his second nap (which sometimes he skips) I was just like "oh please have a nap!!!" lol I took him outside for a little walk to see if that would get rid of some of his energy, but it didn't seem to help once we came back.
A girl I went to high school with lives in Victoria and messaged me on facebook today. She said she was going to Courtenay today and could stop by for a play date on the way. It was a little weird because we didn't really hang out in high school, we haven't seen each other since, and her son is a few years older than Jack. But she's a nice girl, so I wouldn't mind hanging out. Unfortunately, she gave me short notice about going to Courtenay and I didn't even go on the computer today until 3:00pm. So, we didn't get to meet up.
Jordan's dad and step mom moved to Nanaimo from Port Hardy.. and didn't tell us. lol. I guess they wanted to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren. After we put a couple confused comments on his step mom's face book about us not knowing they moved 20 minutes away from us, his dad called later that night and explained. I guess she told their kids, but Jordan's dad was suppose to phone Jordan and tell him.. but he's like Jordan and procrastinated in doing so. :P Anyway, I guess they are renting a basement suite at the moment, just for a month or two. Then they are going to sell their house in Port Hardy. His dad still works in logging up there, so he'll still travel back up there to work during the week, and come to Nanaimo on the weekends. So, he'll rent a place up there for that, but they'll buy a house in Nanaimo and technically live there. Seems like a lot of hassle for him, but whatever floats their boat! It will be nice to have them closer.
