I'm listening to Joss Stone for the first time. I've heard OF her before, but never heard her music. Plus, she's an actress in "The Tudors". I'm liking it. It's pretty mellow, so I'd have to be in the mood for it. But otherwise it has a good beat and she's a pretty darned good singer. It's nice to just have in the background today while I do chores and Jackson plays :)
Today I had a little play date with Sarah from the mommy's group and her son, Joshua. Jackson actually played with Joshua.. they chased each other around and laughed with each other. It was really awesome to see. He's growing up so fast!!
I'm gunna give Jordan all my tax stuff today and see if he can figure out our taxes. He always does his himself, but it'll be a little different doing mine, too.. and having a kid and school to add on to it ;) I usually get my mom to give it to her accountant, but I'll let Jordan give it a whirl this time.
I finished re-doing page three of my book today. It's been a while since I worked on it. I always forget about it. And I like to sit there and finish a whole page at a time, not bits and pieces. So it's sometimes hard to find time with Mr. Jackson around. He had a two hour nap today, and I'm getting better at it, so it got done.
No school until the 15th! Woot! Gotta love "reading breaks". Yeah, like I'm going to read my school stuff. Pfft! My teacher is going to Hawaii for her break. Totally unfair. I haven't been in five years. I'm starting to get the shakes. Hehehe..
