Do you want to run to a future left behind?

I remember something she told me one, something that Black Lunged bastard told her: "There is no God."

He was, as usual, right - and wrong. I don't think there's a God as such. I do know there are aliens, and that some of the things the aliens have done, and are doing, are what some people would consider to be things that God does, has done, or will do.

People ask, "Where is God/ Where is Truth?" The answers to both can be found but not through rigid thinking and following values that are handed down in common culture. I love the Native Americans and their beliefs, but the time for cooperation is long gone. If humanity wishes to survive, as it is known now, we must learn to fight - not just the future, but our own hard-coded beliefs and not believe what we're told so readily. We must also ask ourselves "Who stands to gain?"

... from our cooperation, that is. There are those who already know this. The first step is to ak. In all things.

She asks how I can have hope in the middle of all this. How can I not? Once hope is gone, then you might as well give up, because there's no reason to go on.

I want a future, for myself and those who deserve it. The human spirit is very strong; the desire to live, to be... hard-coded; the survival instinct.

You might ask why fight the inevitable? I don't believe it is inevitable. I don't think the aliens will make the Earth any better than it is. I think - we need to learn to grow or not on our own.

I don't want to become a slave for these aliens, for "their" God - or for "them."

Do you?

That's why I fight. That's why I have hope.
