I baked 8 bagels yesterday, and 16 today. I'm basically out of flour now. almost out of salt too. still enough yeast to probably do a week or more of 16-24 bagels every few days.

also. I shaved my tummy. and I look like an android when I lift up my shirt. but I have some serious razor burn. not so hilarious.
