An anti-Soviet smile

According to www.nn.by Andrew Filipchyk was detained in Minsk on January 21. His "guilt" was that he smiled, looking at a large screen, where Lukashenka's inauguration was broadcasting. The court fined Filipchyk at $ 175.

Another farce in our history repeated. A true fact: In 1937 in eastern Belarus 78-year-old male was arrested and shot for the "anti-Soviet propaganda." One proof of his "guilt" was a neighbor's delation: "He sat and smiled an anti-Soviet smile."
