What recourse do we have
Anybody with any music law knowledge out there???
Some character in New York is selling Las Pesadillas "Quantum Immortality" for $75.46 on ebay, brand new in package. It's not up for auction, it appears it's just there for sale. Now, I'm assuming he has more than one copy and if so, is it legal for him to be selling them? Are we entitled to anything?
And how mind blowing is THAT?
