Bad luck.
Unfortunately I only seem to write in here when I'm angry, confused, upset or having a stroke of shitty luck.
I recently moved to New York a couple of weeks ago. The commute has been much better than my previous one. I had wanted to be closer to work because the job I've got is the best one yet. I've been having some major issues with my boss though and as always, things were up and down over the course of a few months.
Well today, our department head let me go due to financial reasons and oddly enough, a few hours after I had turned down another job someone was interested in me for. I went back to the person and it was already filled. This came out of the blue and I could not believe it.
I think this may be a sign though - its probably good to get away from this boss I'm not seeing eye to eye with but being back on the streets looking for work isn't fun.
