Apple muffin
YEAH !!! Who said I couldn’t cook… haha ok no one said it… BUT ! I can and I did !!
People regularly assumes that I don’t know how to cook because I work, hang out and do stuff out of my house a lot, but I know that if I put my mind into something I can do it with no problem..
And that was the case of cooking, I had never really tried cooking, until recently… the reason? I want to save money for future trips (because I love to travel) and by buying my food in advance and cooking I can save more money than eating out everyday..
So I started with easy mixed food.. like Rice with Spinach or Noodles with Vegetables and Chicken… and they turned out to be very good. Eatable not only for me, but for my whole family, so I was smug haha and decided to continue.
Later I found out I had an awful amount of apples… and my first thought was to check a simple and not-a-lot-of-ingredients recipe… and I found this one for Apple Muffins and decided to do it…
First of course, I did had to buy fluor and a muffin pan; but aside from that I went back home to work on it.
The process was fairly simple… and I followed it thoroughly except for a simple part… I forgot to add the vanilla. But aside for that haha everything went smooth.
Aaaaand this was the result:
I kind of measured wrong how much I was pouring in each cupcake container, but it was a very delicious result, according to my mom, sister and office colleagues… haaa! :D
