I had a productive night last night. My parents came over and we all worked on sprucing up the house. I picked up a package of those eraser-sponge things and wiped down walls and trim. It's amazing how much stuff it can take off. It really cut down on the amount of touch-up painting I thought I was going to have to do.
After my parents left, I got the loaner laptop online and chatted with Lisa and briefly with Dawn. Although I was getting tired, I decided to load World of Warcraft on the laptop to see if it would work. The verdict? Yes and no. Technically, it does run, but it doesn't have enough memory to display all the graphics. You can't see your character or anyone other characters for that matter. So, I'll have to wait for my original loaner to return before I can hunt virtual demons while I sit in an empty house.
