This has not felt like a very productive week at work. There have been so many problems, distractions, and delays that I feel almost embarrassed to turn in my "what I worked on" report for the week. That's new, by the way. The new application development manager wants those reports each Friday. It doesn't have to add up to 40 hours, but he wants to get a bird's eye view of what's going on. A bit of a hassle, but a perfectly legitimate request. I've had to do them before, but the last 5 years here has spoiled me in terms of not having to document stuff.
