Maybe Antheri has been The Problem, as opposed to a problem, all along?

I do indeed think that Antheri has likely been a problem for some time.

I don't think I like Antheri. At all.

Right now I just want to laugh at Antheri. It sounds like it's about time that something happened that he wasn't expecting and I like it. :) I hope this Administrator outlives Antheri.

For me he doesn't come off too cartoony at all. Antheri just seems to be one of those people who's let power go to his head and seems to think that he should be in control of the factory, which you've written really well. That is just a personal opinion but I hope it puts you mind at rest. :)
