had a massive panic attack yesterday while i was out with
ava and spacecowboy310. we were about to watch daybreakers when i started feeling anxious during the previews. i tried distracting myself with whatever was occurring on screen but it got so bad that i had to take some lorazepam and sit in the hallway for close to 20 mins while the meds kicked in. called my mum and talked to her for a bit before returning to the theatre. i didn't feel much better afterwards especially b/c of the ominous soundtrack and loud screams, and i was kinda out of it the rest of the day
i freaking hate how i feel during panic attacks - the fear is just debilitating. fuck. DNW

as for daybreakers - it was..meh. i was expecting something different but the plot [especially the conclusion] was quite formulaic. i wish i'd spent my $ on something else. [marryoh: i guess "baby rapers" would still be a lot worse though

i forgot to mention that i watched up in the air on tuesday. i had a feeling i would enjoy it, but i didn't realise i'd like it quite so much. george clooney was entertaining as always, anna kendrick did a great job in her first "serious" movie, and i really liked the plot despite how depressing it was at times. definitely recommend watching it.

in other news, i'm missing supernatural something terrible. like, seriously feeling antsy without new material. WHY ISN'T IT THE 21ST YET, GODDAMMIT. i guess i'll just have to kill time reading more jobros fic *shifty eyes*
