382 Miles of wandering

This morning i got up to take Stienbeck to the airport. I was already half way up to san francisco so i figured what the heck, I'll just go hang out up there for the day. Went by the D store, as well as scuderia west, which for those of you that dont know is a pretty rocking bike store. While i was there, i had to fend off major temptation. They offered me a brand new 2009 aprilia RSV factory, for 8,999.00.

This bike lists for 18,999.00. On top of that, they offered me 0 down financing at 4.99% for 60 months. which on a bike, is unheard of. I really can't afford it. but, RMmf.. so hard to resist, this really is one of those too good to be true deals ... I could carve 185 bucks a month out of somewhere..

Moving along, i had to get out of that store before i ended up with a motorcycle. So i ended up heading north. I've always wanted to see Point Reyes national sea shore. It was amazing, I drove up through Muir woods, up though Bolinas Bay, and saw so much stuff. It was really worth while, i'm glad i scouted it before hand too. This will make a fantastic motorcycle trip later. I stopped at an abandoned life saving station, took some pictures of the grave site there. Fog started rolling in toward the evening, and i got stuck behind a school bus, so i didnt make it to the light house before they closed it. Ah well, next time. But, i did have a nice conversation with the rangers there, and we chatted for over an hour about the cutter revenue service, life saving service, and the light stations. I've always been fascinated with early 20th century life saving, and light houses. we parted ways and then i drove back down south. What a nice day.

PS. I am the mayor of Dogtown.

pics or it didnt happen
