The wedding is just 5 months from today! I really, really, really can't wait! I'm also panicking a little because Al and I have been so busy the last couple weeks that we haven't gotten anything done. We still need to find a caterer, photographer, dj, officiant, and a dozen other things. I get so stressed out thinking about it. My problem is I want everything to be PERFECT, and every time I pick something I wonder if there was a better choice.
We're leaving for Italy on Friday! I'm dreading the long flights though. I hate flying. I'm also a little apprehensive about our accomodations. Josh and Lauren want to stay at this hostel in Rome. It just sounds sketchy to me. I have to comfort myself by remembering that Al will be with me at all times.
Yesterday Al and I had a lot of fun together. It made up for Friday night when he left me at home to go out to the bars with all his friends and celebrate St. Patty's day. I was lonely. He finally called me to pick him up at like 1 in the morning, and he told me that a few girls had tried to hit on him and one pinched his ass which really pissed me off. I am super possessive of him and I don't want any girls thinking they have a chance with him. Most of the girls you find at bars are hoes who are looking to hook up with a guy. AAARRGGGHHHH!! I can't even begin to describe why I hate it when he leaves me at home and goes to the bars.
Enough of that, back to yesterday.
Al and I went down to my house in Arvada to pick up my passport because I'll need it for Italy. We went to lunch at Subway, and then drove up to the mall so he could make another payment on my ring (poor guy). We walked around the mall for a couple hours, and he bought Top Gun and An Officer and a Gentleman on dvd, and I bought a few books to read on the plane. Then we went back to Boulder and got a light dinner at Old Chicago. For dessert, we got their big cookie to go. Then we went back to his house and it was snowing so we went in the hot tub for a little while. Then we came back and took a shower and then snuggled on the couch and watched An Officer and a Gentleman and Top Gun and ate our big cookie. It was a really, really nice evening.
