First Look on 10 Things I Hate About You (TV)
0___0 <---my reaction when i first heard about the news, and now that i saw the 1st episode...
oh well, i think most girls out there know this "legendary" movie by the same title. It was when Heath Ledger became a hollywood heartthrob. It's when "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" became a hit (once more). And maybe a lot more guys quoted Shakespeare :p
Who could ever replace Heath Ledger as Patrick Verona? and who is this Ethan Peck??
i was a little bit skeptical about this, but once he opened his mouth and talk...i think i'm swayed a little :D
Kat...oh well, i watched Aliens in America, and she was in it. I thought she was annoying in AIA, and the same thing i would say for her character here. But Kat is suppose to be annoying anyway. At least she looks strong enough to be Kat.
Bianca was perfect (at least to me) since she seems to be perky and cheerful and craving for attention, and as Kat said...shallow :p
It's a little bit too early to judge since the first episode was just a general introduction to the casts, but it does feel a little bit twilight-y when Patrick said he found Kat interesting.
We shall see what happens next.
It's a little bit risky to make a tv series out of the movie especially when people have high expectation of the characters, and the characters from the movie aren't forgettable enough, so they really have to work hard to make the series work, otherwise, it'll be criticism all the way and no chance to even rise
