BEST WEEKEND EVER!!!

May 16, 2005 15:03

I think that I can honestly say that this past weekend was the one of the best weekends ever for me!

On Friday, it started out with a bassoon lesson right after school.  That was... whatever... yeah, but then I picked up Jane and we went to Sophie's softball game, where we caught up with Maggie, Molly and Caroline.  Then Brighton won (woo!!).  Then Jane, Sophie, and Caroline came to my house afterwards and we ordered a pizza and watched the Simpsons.  Then we watched Jeopardy and we had a contest, Sophie won, I came in a close second place by just one point.  Then we sat for two hours waiting for my mom to come home so we can have the car and we watched... ughh... America's Funniest Videos... but we mostly talked.  Then my mom came home and we decided to drive to the Abbot's on the canal.  First we went to Schoen Place and then we remembered it wasn't there, then we drove around for about 45 minutes.  We never found it, but that's okay.  Then I drove them home and I SLEPT which was nice... ahh...

Then, on Saturday, I had to clean up the house and get ready.  Then my sister came home and made me put make up on...elhghhg... then I got dressed and everyone showed up.... Jon, Maggie, Laura, Andre, Molly, Peter, Sophie, Caroline, and of course, Sean.  Then we had our pictures taken in the living room because it was pouring out.  Then we all sat down for an elegant dinner that my mother and some of the other parents made.  It was very nice.  Then we retired to the living room for a little while.  Then we decided to go to the prom.  We got there, and they made us stand outside in the rain for a little bit (and I got soaked) because the fire alarm was going off.  Then we went in after that fiasco.  We went into the dancing room and I'm not really a big fan of dancing, so we went into the other rooms, and Sean and I got our picture taken and hung out.  Then around 11, Sean and I finally danced to one song and it was quite fun.  And then around 11:30 we all left and I went home to change and get the car along with Sean, Sophie and Molly, then we dropped Molly off at her house and went to get Jane.  Then we drove to Wegmans, I have no idea why we went anymore, but we got a big saxaphone balloon that cost $8!!!  (We also got french toast sticks).  Then we drove back to Molly's house and we all hung out there and around 4:30 we made french toast sticks, ate them and then we all fell asleep on her floor.

Then, it was Sunday!   Jane threw a pillow at me and said "It's 8 o'clock"... that's how I woke up.  Then we all made green pancakes, I made one of mine into a question mark? but it didn't turn out very well.  Then I drove Sean home to work on his Sophomore speech... oh boy... then Sophie, Jane, Caroline and I went to the Lilac Festival.  It was starting to get cloudy on our way there but then it cleared up and it was beautiful.  We walked around, shopped and ate, Sophie and Caroline both won fish... Nardo and Riff.  Then we walked over to the lilac bushes and laid down under them.  Then we walked back to Sophie's house.  We then went into her room to work on the Train mix and I fell asleep on the armchair in her room.  Jane took pictures of me sleeping....creepy....  When I woke up Nathaniel was there and we all decided to go to Monroe Ave. to go shopping.... We went to Mercury Poster, Archimage, and Aaron's Alley... where Sophie bought an awesome jacket.  Then we had to walk back to Sophie's house and we went back into her room.  Then my mom picked Jane and I up.

As I read this back, it doesn't seem to sound very interesting, but it was just sooooooooo much fun!!!!!!  I hope that I can do something like this again sometime!!!

And that's it

Next week is Welland, I'm nervous because I'm rowing in my single... but it will be fun!

This week is going to be hell

That's it....
