Last night, about 3:34am, i woke up just enough to get a good stretch going and then *bam*!! I get one of the worse leg cramps ever in both of my calf muscles, simultaneously! After rolling around in bed trying to massage them out for several minutes the pain eventually subsided. But when I woke up they were still very stiff and painful to walk on. A hot shower and a mile walk helped to work them out more, and in the chaos of the morning here at work the cramps eventually left me.
After looking up reasons and cures for such ailments I discovered that I may just need some more quinine in my diet.

Prescription for the evening:
2 Large gin and tonics (for the quinine in tonic, of course!)
1 Nap
3 pinches of Crooked @ Nickie's to dance away any residual cramps

Now that's my kind of cure.

OH, and have I mentioned: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! WE LEAVE FOR BURNING MAN IN 4 DAYS!
