to keep learning all of your life is good, but you don't really need to spend a lot of money and get more credentials to do it. Last year, MIT announced it was putting 150 of its course on the internet for self-study, free and a lot of other universities said they would do so, too.
One of each level of degree shows an employer that you are capable of that level of work, but bunches don't make you look good to an employer.
Whatever you want to do in life- have a career/raise a family/do a lot of volunteer work, you can start on now, studying whatever you're interested in in your down time. It will help you define what you most want to spend your time doing and then you can focus on it. Main purpose for a second degree at a level you've already attained is when you decide what you are doing ins't right for you and you want a total new career direction- sometimes that takes a whole new degree, sometimes just some additional courses.
When it comes to looking for a career type job, you want your resume to show direction-that the weight of your interest is in that field, as well as flexibility- that the new job will define the direction of your further education- making yourself more valuable to that employer.

Junior or community colleges are good for saving a little money on your way to a BA and for vocational education. A single AA degree will be tolerated on a resume, but multiple ones will actually look bad. In areas like engineering and law (fields you've mentioned interest in) AA degrees are not very respected- likewise in intellectual liberal arts.

I didn´t know multiple AAs wouldn´t be tolerated. I got one in anthropology already, and one in creative writing. Getting one in psychology would be amazing because then I can do psyche in one semester at State along with making up that one shitty grade in my English class. Ugh.

I mean, I have much to do with my life still.

what is it you actually want to do (besides study)?

How's Spain? Does your mom have relatives there? What are the special things to see there?
