Finally, after travelling from Yorkshire three times in 4 weeks to stare at a vast tidal creek on the Sussex coast, someone managed to egt me on to the whimbrel with the dark rump. Relieved is an understatement.

Also picked up the Bonaparte's gull in Kent. Year list 260.
