I have lost the ability to speak and write in the English language. I can only spew out strange tech-speak like "the patron's record is retrieved by scanning a barcode on the library card" (you also have to pronounce it "paTRON", so it creates an image of generic individuums all marching with their library cards to the circulation desk to "retrieve" the records and whatnot). Who the heck talks like that? So, I sit here, cursing this stupid technology application paper, hoping that it will somehow miraculously write itself. I now have about five pages written in this horrible fifth-grade style with retarded vocabulary. I still can't believe that "throughput" is a real word.
I hate that class, hate it, hate it, hate it. Horrible, boring, useless, irrelevant piece of crap. Ok, done whining, gonna go write about "throughput". I can almost hear Shakespeare rolling in his grave.
