have you ever listened to the buzz of someone talking but never really understood what they were saying. My mind tunes in and out of what they call reality and I only catch about half of what people say to me in verbal phrases. I get so distracted by the small features of someones face, or the flowered cornea of an eye, and the flow of someones lips as they speak. Suddenly I am thinking to myself about these unique features and I wonder if they see them the way I do, or if they are studying my face in the same manor.

Back to earth and I missed the whole conversation but I remember the entirety of the one spoken in my head.
