Monday Night, Monthly Cub Scout Pack Meeting. Yours truly is working out all the odds and ends as he's the official MC for the evening. The cubmaster walks over and we have a quick chat.
He's stepping down to take over as committee chair. As of March 1, I'll be Cubmaster. He will be announcing that durring his "last" Cubmaster Moment.
I thought I had at least 3 months left. Now I'm alternately excited, panicy, terrified and giddy. I have some big plans on how to have more fun and make it more exciting for the boys. As soon as I get pasat the "oh crap now what" shocked stage in my brain.
Now to just make it happen....
