*had been quite at work fixing up the mess the Noise did earlier to the bookstore. Repairing broken bookshelves and the like. Possibly doing some alchemic adjustments to some areas just to make it look even nicer*

... That should do it.

It's mostly just reshaping and arranging the elements in an object. However, there's no way to just create new components or materials out of nothing.
