The Hall Of Fame
A post of amber-michele inspired the thought that I want to create an Asshole Hall Of Fame.
So this is it. The hall. This is a public post. In the comments below, feel free to nominate people for the all-time-super-shitlist.
The rules:
1. Explain what they did to earn the nomination and examples of their actions. Be as detailed as possible.
2. Follow the LJ TOS.
3. Any and all assholishness on my part, while I hereby acknowledge, is not fair game. Simply because my journal is not the appropriate forum for that. That's what your journal is for.
4. No linking to other people's livejournals. If you have to identify someone, identify them by first name and their relationship to you. This will minimize flame wars.
5. The comments are nominations.
6. A nominee is inducted if a) I vote yes and b) five other people also vote yes. Why does my vote matter so much? It is a defense against random trolls.
7. An nomination that seems designed not as a fair and accurate reflection of facts to be judged in a dispassionate and fair manner. If the nomination itself smacks of assholedom, it may be disqualified or deleted. Ditto if it breaks the above rules.

8. Whatever the distinction between asshole and sociopath, it is important. There is a level of evil and misery that this type of tongue-in-cheek honor is not appropriate for. Use good judgement.
The advantange of participating... You get to tell someone special "congratulations, you are an official inductee to the Asshole Hall of Fame."
