oh ps, somehow i went from being a sound artist to a weirdo musician and am in a billion bands now, one of which is called bad bus with my pal matt lajoie who put out an amazing album earlier this year under the name cursillistas and you must go get yourself a copy because i swear, it's the best thing i've heard in ages; also my roommates and i are in a band (no name yet), and i am playing with the wonderful id m theft able at ubu gallery's closing party weekend at the end of this month in portland. whew. also, i am working about sixty hours a week. double whew. also, for you chicagoans who this may be of interest to - doug has moved out of maine and will be heading back that way very soon, and we miss him here already.
