Mmm...
Sitting around waiting for lenore_shade to arrive. On a whim, invited her over for lunch. Heated up some leftover tortellini with sauce I made the other day, and whipped up a batch of garlic bread, which is in the oven. Mmm. Smells good. Might bake some spice cookies later. Am in a cooking mood, today. I don't know why, but I love being in the kitchen sometimes... not all the time, but some days I just feel like immersing myself in it... like today, for one. Hopefully this mood will last into tomorrow, as am going to flying_gnome's to cook and watch Return of the King.
Feel happy today, despite only going to bed at 3 and being woken up at 7:30 by the monsters I call pets. I'm hoping it lasts, I prefer feeling full of life and happy as opposed to moody and depressed. But whatever. Generally I roll with it, my moods come and go...
