Albus and Scorpius grabbed their brooms and headed out to the pitch to get some flying in.
"Let me see your new broom," said Scorpius. Al's old one had broken when he had collided with a thestral in midair.
Albus handed the broom to his boyfriend. "It's a Black Diamond from the makers of Nimbus," he said. "Top of the line. And, the best part is-"
"Don't say it," groaned Scorpius.
"Diamonds are forever!" Albus finished with a laugh.
"Just don't crash again, and it will last forever," said Scorpius.
"Aw," simpered Albus. "You sound like you care about me."
