The howler was deafening.
Albus cringed and poked at his breakfast as one of the Ravenclaw students was berated by her parents for getting detention.
"I'd hate to be her," muttered Scorpius.
Albus nodded and wondered if he would receive the next howler. Lily may have owled home about Scorpius already. "Are you worried that your parents may not take the news of...us very well?" Al asked.
Scorpius waved off his concern. "Who's going to tell them?" he shrugged.
Albus didn't get a chance to respond. An owl swooped down and dropped a letter from home near his plate.
