So I'm watching this news piece on alternative energy sources that the State of New Mexico is going to work with.

And the term "Dairy Waste" comes up three times, including spoken by the mouth of the Governor.

Now, am I mistaken, or is "Dairy Waste" another term for Cow Shit??!!
