This is sonic-ly my absolute favorite song of all time. This song in particular just builds and builds and the high you get from it is like a really really long orgasm :p People tend to shun slower, more atmospheric music and that is a shame. The album, Loveless, is fucking amazing. It paints a musical landscape that is really intense but not in a dark way. It's actually very airy and hopeful (thanks to the female backing vocals) and is crazy creative in terms of use of feedback. I remember the first time I listened to the album...I had my headphones on and was like....'is this a weird mono version?' I kept looking behind me because that's where the vocals were...and refused to listen to it for 2 years lol. It was only after my music taste matured a bit that I could accept music as being more about the instruments rather than the vocals or what they were saying. I think it goes without saying but just in case: headphones are a must!

In your own space, ask for help. Need a beta? Always wanted to learn how to make a vid? a fanmix? icons? Maybe you’d want to have someone cheering for you while you work on an upcoming big bang or fannish bingo? Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. This reminded me I still needed to download CS5. So I did and um...now what? lol. I make gifs on Jasc Animation Shop. I've heard you can do it with photoshop...soooo can someone enlighten me?
