ok so dig this nonsense:

my doctors were like: exercise and lose weight.

i lost 25 pounds and walked four miles a day and layed off unhealthy foods and ate an absolute ton of boring fruit and fresh expensive vegtables and no damn booze: no fried chicken or biscuits or fat burgers or any of that fun stuff.

and bam: liver's in worse condition. the quacks say becuase of the too-fast weight loss and too much fruit. sugars from the fruit harmed my liver. one apple a day is apparently fine but not three or four.

don't listen to them.

all the money i saved on booze i have to spend on my expensive biopsy.

if i lived in OK, we could get gussied up and go mall-walk in the am and while the other old ladies are talking about their grand-babies, we can discus the finer points of fucking a straight dude or eating a nelly queen's ass after you've bare backed them. or how to get dried cum out of a wig.

"excuse me, we couldn't help over-hearing you fascinating conversation about laundry...i'm sure you know how to get dried cum out of a wig so as not to disturb the style?"

Your liver *can* regenerate itself...
I get this tea at the chinatown mkt to work in conjunction with my kidney tea.
Or get ahold of me, when ya gonna be in town, and we can go get you some.
In the meantime, Malachite, (use it for a month and then throw it away) Then lay on the Bloodstone, and Aventurine, K?
But yeah, one can go too far too fast, and the body is all "WAAAAAAIT!"

when you say "use" malachite, i presume you mean that i carry it around in my right pocket or hold it in my right hand while meditating and such?

i don't know when i'm coming back to OK but i'd be glad to drink liver tea. i've been drinking some detox tea but i'm not fully committed to a full detox so it's not really working. it's difficult to commit to a dietary regiment when the old BF makes a good old fashioned country breakfast for dinner and equates the consumption of said dinner with emotional support. you love me: you eat my food. to his family, cooking often takes the place of being emotionally available.

i'll hunt down a little piece of malachite today. i don't think i have a disposable piece on-hand.

Hell, lady, even I still eat the ol' heart-attack breckies... it's all good... except every damn day.
Yeah, and pick up them others I mentioned if you ain't got...
Randal had Sir Osis of the Liver at one time, and I did that layout on him, and dang if he didn't go back and the reading was nil.
so yeah.
I will get around one fine day send her some Chinese liver tonic tea.
