I love making a big deal out of nothing.....

So here is a new painting I did...using only ink diluted with water....I am happy with the way it turned out...I was unsure at first what the final out come would be...since most of it is just different shades of black and white, except of course the heart...so my fear was that it was just going to be a mess of black and white, but somehow you can actually see a picture in there....so I guess it somewhat worked....



Now here is the issue I am facing....I showed a few people this picture while on my last trip to Minneapolis....and they seemed to like it....yet Mike Schnabel accused me of ripping off an album cover by a band name Silverstein....first of all I don't really like Silverstein, they are just another replica of a copy of a clone of another Emo/hardcore band....so needless to say, I haven't really seen this album cover....but after he told people that I ripped it off...I decided I should make sure, because I don't want to be ripping anything off....so here it is....



I looked at it for quite awhile, and couldn't figure out what he was talking about....I mean there is a robot ripping out it's own heart....the only similarity between the two pics...is that there is a heart in both of them...but maybe I am just blind, and I really did rip this picture off...so please go ahead and tell me if you think that is the case...
