When you make it. I learned that the hard way. People usually don't give you your turn, even though most of the time they don't mean it in a bad way. So you've gotta take it yourself, when you need it.

It sounds kind of selfish I know, but everyone needs to do it every once in a while.

Not that I know of. It's pretty hard just to keep everyone happy on general principles. But if you're happy for yourself, it makes the people who care for you happy too. Most of the time.
