Had to lay down another hour or so after eating again, due to bright vision/rapid heartrate/lightheadedness. Happens at LEAST six out of 10 times after eating since the esophagus surgery a few years ago. That's why I'll probably NEVER be able to go "out" to eat in a restaurant again.
When I get something from a restaurant, I have to pick it up and bring it home to eat it. Plus, I've had to eat a LOT slower since the surgery, to try to avoid feeling nauseas.
