The closest thing to this with Loop' was when I took him to the South Florida Fair as I learned he had *never* been to a fair as a kid. How unAmerican is that?! ... Anyhow, he was fascinated by the farm animals, and never saw a cow up close, either. lol ... Too bad I can't take him to my childhood grounds being that they're far off in rural New England. Maybe one day.

Oh my! Never been to the fair nor seen any farm animals? That really is a shocker there! Rural NE sounds like a lovely place to take a descent sized road trip. A long weekend would be nice.
