Birthday
Happy slightly belated birthday to my sister, who turned 22 yesterday. I did not post this yesterday because my gift to her was babysitting so she and her fiance could have a real meal at a restaurant and then a solo night shift so she could sleep by herself in her own bed while her fiance worked the 12am-8am shift.
This is all by way of saying that adopting a baby that already sleeps through the night is looking PRETTY DAMN GOOD. He was even well-behaved, for God's sake, and...yeah. No. No newborns until I forget how tired the last three weeks have made ME, and I'M NOT EVEN ONE OF THE PARENTS.
*cries* I think it's naptime now.
As for my birthday present, she said it was the nicest present anyone had ever gotten her. ;)
