Al Green is one of the all-time great soul singers, with a series of hits in the '70's including the fantastic "Let's Stay Together"... By the end of that decade, he had turned God and become an ordained pastor, devoting himself to preaching.
I guess nowadays he tours, as I saw he was in Glasgow several months ago. I would've loved to have seen him, as I think he's got an incredible talent.
