Amtrak Hassle
For some reason, our business class tickets got changed to coach... on this Amtrak train we are taking from Kelso to Seattle.
It has caused a bit of a hassle as I have no idea why it was changed, and when we were told we needed to ride in coach, we got into some unpleasantness about it.
I have no idea why, but it turns out I did get a notification and refund in email last week. No idea why. Other than maybe it has something to do with the connecting bus to Vancouver, BC not having business class, so it should never have been sold to us.
We preferred business class as it's a bit roomier and maybe less covidy.
The train guy had a crap attitude.
