Not written in here in a while, it seems, but it's only been about a week and a half, I think.
It's a new semester where I teach apprentices... been two weeks so far. Someone at work has screwed up as none of the first year learners have logins for the computers yet. It usually takes a while, but this year seems worse. No use telling learners that they need to take ownership in their own education when they can't even get in the laptops.
Aside from that, it's not bad so far... only three different units to teach, which is a luxury. Usually twice as much. I teach Maths to two groups... Electronic devices and applications to two classes and Pneumatics and Hydraulics to one. I've had busier semesters but something tells me the workload will be going up.
I've been taking annual leave days lately on Fridays and Mondays... This is my second 4 day weekend in a row.
I signed up to a beer subscription thing where they send you a box of craft brewery beers ... so enjoying a few tonight. ... So excuse any typos.
