Linda terrified Ayla with the Thriller video... accidentally
So... Yesterday, Ayla and Adam were at our house when I came home from work, having dinner and watching YouTube videos... cartoons for halloween.
And Linda suddenly got the idea to show them Michael Jackson's Thriller video, saying here's a really good one, watch this (as she likes Michael Jackson).
This, however was a mistake, because near the beginning of the video, sweet Michael Jackson turns into a horribly scary werewolf.
This ABSOLUTELY FREAKED OUT Ayla, who is 5 years old and was not expecting this. We tried to tell her it wasn't real, but she cried and screamed and we had to quickly turn it off at that point. So... that was a mistake on Linda's part. Ayla is perhaps off Michael Jackson for life now.
I know that if I had been the one to show them that video and gotten that reaction, I would've been in big trouble from Linda.... so I'm glad it was her idea, not mine.
