(no subject)
I would write something here about how there need to be a million more fics that involve Norse mythology and possibly some indications as to the whole Loki/Gabriel (Lokiel? Gabriki?) backstory, but really, I don't want any bullshit about Odin or Balder or whatever. Well, I do, but really all I want out of SPN/mythology crossover is Sam/Gabriel where Sam meets the Kids for the first time.
Mostly I just want a conversation that goes like:
Sam: "So, uh. That time you were a horse..."
Gabriel: "Shut your whore mouth."
Sleipnir: "*lol*"
Additionally, I'm really conflicted, you guys. Well, I'm conflicted about two things, but one of them's IRL so I'll get to that later. The first thing is thus:
There are two versions of Hel (Loki's daughter/the ruler of Nieflhel often called just Hel, which is the land of the wicked and cruel and those who died of old age or sickness rather than in battle because lol vikings) that are accepted. The vikings (I think?) viewed her as a monster, a bitter old hag who was always gloomy and depressed and who was considered cruel and evil; and the Scandinavians considered her to be more benevolent and kind.
So, I have two characterizations of her and I love both of them to death. One's a sulky cynical teenager who takes after her dad a lot, and the other's, well, kind of a Sue but I love her and I'm not ashamed that's a lie, I'm a lot ashamed.
And IDK this doesn't make sense to anyone but me but I'm still conflicted, you guys.
Also, IRL: I bought Good Omens today because I heard it was good. OH GOD IT'S GOOD. So far, anyway, I'm only 40 pages in but I just bought it two hours ago, bro. I'm like 60 pages into Haunted and I've had it for a month. Mostly I can't get past, um, the really disgusting part. I won't make you think about it if you don't know, but, um. It's pretty gross. *throws up*
Also guys, I need some social advice. There's this guy that I'm a little crazy for that I refer to as My Favorite Kid, and I think he almost likes me back? IDK, he's a boy, they're confusing. But anyway, I really wanna talk to him but he's not on Facebook that often, and when he is I feel kind of creepy just talking to him.
TL;DR: HOW DO BOYS WORK.
Also this icon has nothing to do with anything, I just love it a lot. Kevin Jonas never stop making ridiculous faces.
